Shipping fees are calculated based on multiple different criteria's' such as weight, size, insurance, destination, price and shipping method. To calculate your shipping fees, please add your items into your shopping cart, select your shipping method, proceed to checkout and you will be given your shipping fee prior to your order being placed. On orders with more than one main item, you may be subject to additional shipping charges which you would be notified of prior to us billing your credit card. In addition; shipping insurance fees may be imposed on select items. Due to price fluctuation on electronics StopnShopDigital can not always offer price protection on already shipped products.

For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii And Puerto Rico please select two day air or overnight delivery, as these orders cannot be shipped via ground delivery. For orders shipping to P.O. boxes and APO'S please select the U.S.P.S. standard or priority as these orders cannot be shipped via FedEx or UPS. If you do not select an appropriate shipping method, your order will be adjusted accordingly to the proper shipping method and rate. Returns & Exchanges
Should it be necessary to return an item, you may return it for refund or exchange, excluding any shipping charges and with a minimum 15% Restocking Fee , within a period of 7days for Computers/TVs, and 7 days for Photo equipment,Video, Audio, Digital Photography.

To return any items you must obtain a Return Authorization Number. All merchandise purchased from Stopnshop.com is sold in its original factory packaging, some warranties may vary, with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer. Items can be returned only if in original packaging, same new condition as sold with literature/instructions and blank warranty cards. Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping box. Please do not put any stickers or labels on the original manufacturer's packaging. Please ship the items back to us prepaid. For your protection, make sure to insure the package.
